Through the times of development and struggle for order, it'll either be one appointed or one risen from normality that will take on the authority and weight of the group. To oversee and manage every member, ensuring the best for all, the Neumae.
A double event occasion, in the case that an individual is selected, the previous has retired, met untimely death, or forced to resign, it is here that the Vicarius steps forward and takes on the role passed to them. The celebration of a Neumae is started by swearing the oath of leadership to the entirety of the group and before Eli, followed by festivities of feasting and embracing the years ahead of new command.
Second part plays in once the conclusion is reached, where the Neumae will spend one night from camp, wandering the lands and finding serenity, where it is that the Gods will aid in the selection of the new Vicarius. By morning they will return and speak their choice.
