Coming of Age
Ceremonies and rituals within the Circle are used to represent the natural life cycle, or circle.
Adolescence
Upon growing old enough to begin earning their place in Enhanced, teens are gathered to stand before each element. There, they are to make the decision of which they wish to spend their life pursuing and are welcomed by their new mentors.
After the formalities of teacher and student, all new Alumnae of any Element are to have the symbol of their rank painted on their foreheads and sit vigil for one night around Eli.

Maturity
Reaching the days of becoming exceptional in chosen element, it is here that selected Alumnae advance to the next stage of their rank. Gaining more of a voice, here they are offered the chance to assist in helping the next generation as well as put forward their skill to the group.
Once determined that an Alumnae is ready to move up, they are each given a specific test by their lead. If successful, they proceed into the next rank. If not, they stay behind and practice longer until capable of passing assigned assessment.
Ranks possible: Exw - Exg - Exv - Exh - Exs - Exf - Exb - Exm - Exa - Exr
