Training is divided into 4 main sections:
Initiation - I
Adolescence - II
Alumnae - III
Intermediate - IV
Training within the Metal element focuses on extracting resources, identifying and distributing them, or crafting and researching.
INITIATION
What can be covered:
I. Valuation
To pursue a future in Metal, both rankings must seek a jewel of noble choice and construct a fire for their creation. A decor must be the end result and its worth will be estimated by the recipient. Failure to please means failure to advance.
ADOLESCENCE
What can be covered:
I. Identification - Basic
In the Metal element, you will need expansive knowledge on the resources in Ignota Regni to profit or discover.
II. Extraction - Basic
Ores and gems below the surface will be damaged when not extracted properly. Learn how to use your paws and tools to gain from the earth.
III. Speech - Basic
Persuasion of trade or selling, one cannot succeed if one cannot convince a customer or merchant for needed material
IV. Building - Basic
Dependency on finding wares can only go so far. Learn to form your own products.
ALUMNAE
What can be covered:
I. Identification - Continued
In order to find what is needed for popular demand or recipe, all knowledge must be had of the lands, merchants and ideal locations.
II. Experiments - Continued
Venture into the study of each mineral and what the outcomes of combinations would be.
III. Building - Continued
Finding common, easily obtained objects in your stores will not be beneficial for long. Most if not all products must be self-made.
INTERMEDIATE
Merchant
What can be covered:
I. Finding product
It neither moves or is particularly easy to find. You should learn the extensive effort it takes to find enough minerals as well as buy from others.
II. Estimate worth
Do not forget the rules of market. Prices and rarity fluctuates, learn to track it among gossip.
III. Capability of selling
Only persuasion or absolute need will win your customers, do not depend on charity.
IV. Construction of signature
End goal is to assemble yourself a high, in-demand seller with profound product. Otherwise, there will be a great struggle.
Scientist
What can be covered:
I. Identification
Every prized jewel has a rough exterior. Your eye must learn the key differences among ingredients.
II. Caution
Combinations, or what the recipe consists of in itself could lead to severe consequence. Learn the outcomes and test theories.
III. Study
Catalog knowledge in your experiments to further studies as well as make repeated tests in faulty ideals.
IV. Construction of signature
Be capable of assembling a variety of concoctions that have endless uses. Either be known for the good, or the bad.
